The Longines Global Champions Tour 2017 arrived near the beautiful beaches of Cascais, in the south of Portugal. A very sparkling and charming leg that gives a touch of summer to the LGCT circuit!
I think that this is a perfect occasion to show off a summer outfit, light and frivolous but elegant at the same time. Little less formal than Paris and Monaco, but always in equestrian style. Maybe choosing white, with some colored accessory, like a nice hat or a special purse. What do you think Horse Lovers?

Il Longines Global Champions Tour 2017 è arrivato sulle belle spiagge di Cascais, nel sud del Portogallo. Una tappa decisamente frizzante e affascinante che regala un tocco di estate al circuito del LGCT!
Trovo che sia la tappa perfetta dove sfoggiare un outfit estivo, leggero e frivolo ma al tempo stesso elegante. Un po’meno formale rispetto a Parigi e Monaco, ma pur sempre in stile equestre. Magari puntando sul bianco con qualche accessorio colorato, un bel cappello, una borsa particolare. Che ne pensate Horse Lovers?

The home team of Global Champions League, Cascais Charms, follows this trend. David Will, Andreas Kreuzer, Carlos Lopez, Nicola Pohl and Philip Houston wear a grey jacket with white details, which I find very elegant but more casual than other uniforms of GCL teams. Grey is also the predominant color of the Cascais Charms’ polo, that is one of my favorite since now.
Anche l’outfit dei Cascais Charms, la squadra di casa della Global Champions League, segue questa tendenza. David Will, Andreas Kreuzer, Carlos Lopez, Nicola Pohl e Philip Houston indossano una giacca grigia con dettagli bianchi, che trovo molto elegante ma anche più casual di altre uniformi delle squadre della GCL. Il grigio è anche il colore predominate della polo dei Cascais Charm e fino ad ora è una delle mie preferite.

The Mexico Amigos won the Portuguese leg of GCL 2017, after the controversial disqualification of Miami Glory, the winners of the competition (see Noelle Floyd post here).
Danielle Goldstein won Longines Grand Prix of Cascais. This is her first success in a LGCT Grand Prix! “This is a dream” she said “everyone wants to win a Global Champions Tour Grand Prix”. So, congratulations to Danielle for this first great triumph!

La tappa portoghese della GCL 2017 è stata vinta dai Mexico Amigos, dopo la controversa squalifica dei Miami Glory che avevano vinto la gara (Noelle Floyd spiega bene la vicenda qui).
Il Longines Grand Prix di Cascais è stato vinto da Danielle Goldstain, che conquista così il suo primissimo Grand Prix al LGCT. “Questo è un sogno” ha detto Danielle “ tutti vorrebbero vincere un GP al Longines Global Champions Tour!” Congratulazioni a Danielle per questo primo grande trionfo!
