I was a bit nervous alright but I think it went pretty well. Interviewed by Glenn the Geek and Helena Bakun (pictured hereunder at Podfest), I was delighted to talk about my personal Italian style and the latest fashionable trends in the horse world. While in America is cool wearing breeches on the street, that is not so common in Italy where I see more and more equestrians bringing the street style on the saddle. Outdoor equestrian events are the perfect field for fashionistas to expand with novelties and, why not, to dare! I suggest to forget about the sobriety mixing up different items, better if equestrian inspired, and enjoy playing with colors and fabrics. Equestrianism is a lifestyle and the key drivers for me are being yourself first and alway look with enthusiasm for confort, quality and design.
Ero un po’ nervosa devo essere onesta, ma penso che sia andata abbastanza bene. Intervistata da Glenn Geek e Helena Bakun (nella foto qui di seguito a Podfest), mi sono divertita a parlare del mio stile italiano e delle ultime tendenze di moda nel mondo del cavallo. Mentre in America è ormai fico indossare i calzoni da cavallo in strada, non è così comune in Italia dove invece vedo sempre più cavalieri portare lo street style in sella. Gli eventi equestri all'aperto sono il luogo ideale per gli entusiasti della moda per spaziare con le novità e, perché no, osare! Suggerisco di dimenticarsi della sobrietà mixando capi diversi, meglio se ispirati al mondo equestre, e di divertirsi giocando con i colori e tessuti. Il mondo equestre è uno stile di vita e i driver chiave per me sono essere se stessi prima di tutto e scegliere sempre con entusiasmo confort, qualità e design.
