Cavalli a Roma, my hometown’s event!

“An appointment for equestrians but also for the public, international as well as national” (Pietro Piccinetti, Fiera Roma CEO)

Dear Horse Lovers,
A very important equestrian weekend has just ended: Cavalli a Roma, an event full of sport and shows, but above all, horses! This is one of my favorite equestrian exhibition as it takes place in my hometown, Rome, and it’s an unmissable event for us Horse Lovers!
Among fashion stands, events and shows, equestrian sport finds its place, especially thanks to the Fixdesign International Show Jumping, with its three days of intensive competitions, dedicated to young riders that wish to transform this passion into a career.

Cari Horse Lovers,

The most important event has been the Grand Prix Kep Fixdesign Show Jumping, won by Dario Luigi Agosta on Viskann di Sibicu, ahead of Paolo Adamo Suvadelli and Walestro Van Het Bloemenhof, with David Sbardella and Triomphe Van Schuttershof in 3rd place.

“I didn’t expect this result” commented Agosta after the competition, “the horse got injured last year and we stopped for many months. We came here to make it work out in an important competition, but during the race I understood that Viskann was in an excellent shape. I’m very happy that the Fixdesign International Show Jumping give young riders an important stage, because they are our future and they need to be encouraged.”

Among the stands of Cavalli a Roma, there was also Binomioitalia, guest with some items of “Selleria Store”. For us fashion addicted, there was also the fair’s Official Merchandising stand, with jacket, polo and other accessories.
Cavalli a Roma is a 360° event, where also art finds its place, with the sculptor Eugenio Lenzi, who created an amazing sculpture in front of Fixdesign’s stand, and the refined horses by painter artist Eugenia Mola De Larissé, in a project with the FISE Lazio Committee, its President Carlo Nepi and the National Director Eleonora Di Giuseppe.

Well, a first class event, in my hometown! Some of you Horse Lovers went to the fair? If you want, please share your experience with us!
