Dear Horse Lovers,
If there is something I really love is to dedicate time to my family, and in equestrian style is better! My baby boy is growing fast and sometime I would like to have the power to stop time, just for a moment. But I have not that power (jet), so the only way I have is making photos to fix every moment, every expression.

Cari Horse Lovers,
Se c’è una cosa che amo è dedicare del tempo alla mia famiglia, ancora meglio se in stile equestre! Il mio bimbo cresce in fretta e a volte vorrei avere il potere di fermare il tempo, solo per un attimo. Ma purtroppo non ho (ancora) sviluppato questi poteri magici, quindi l’unico modo che ho per bloccare il tempo è quello di fotografare per fissare ogni istante, ogni espressione.

Together with my friend Valentina from Milanomoms, we decided to spend an afternoon with our children. We also involved Miriam from Le Kelly Photography, an amazing professional family photographer specialized in kids and family portraits!
Yes, our goal was to enjoy our children but also to make some shot with them. In today's world where we make a photo for everything, we are missing the real photos: family photos, small and big moments. When was it the last time you printed and framed a photo, Horse Lovers?

There is no selfie that is worth a real professional photo!

Obviously, our set couldn’t be other than equestrian: we went to the Milano Polo Club, in Mesero, near Milan. I particularly love the game of polo because it makes me think to my childhood and the days I’ve spent with my father and his beautiful Secretaria, a super polo Argentinian horse.

Insieme alla mia amica Valentina di Milanomoms, abbiamo deciso di prenderci un pomeriggio insieme da dedicare ai nostri figli, nel quale abbiamo coinvolto anche Miriam di Le Kelly Photography, una bravissima fotografa professionista specializzata in foto di bambini e ritratti di famiglia! 
Eh si, perché il nostro obiettivo, oltre a passare tempo insieme a loro, era quello di fare una serie di scatti con i nostri bimbi. In un’epoca in cui si scattano foto in continuazione, sentiamo in realtà la mancanza delle vere fotografie: le foto di famiglia, quelle delle grandi e piccole occasioni. Quando è stata l’ultima volta che avete stampato ed incorniciato una bella foto, Horse Lovers? 

Non c’è selfie che valga una foto scattata con vera professionalità!

Ovviamente, il set non poteva che essere a tema equestre: siamo state al Milano Polo Club, a Mesero, vicino a Milano. Io amo particolarmente il polo perché mi riporta alla mia infanzia e alle giornate passate con il mio papà e la sua bellissima Secretaria, una super cavalla argentina da polo. 

The girl of Valentina and her friend are already two little horse lovers fashionistas, so I’ve made some shot with them too: they really enjoyed modelling and I loved watching them wearing my equestrian themed foulards by Tacchi a Cavallo. They were really amazing!

Visto che la bimba di Valentina e la sua amica sono già delle piccole horse lovers fashioniste, ho scattato alcune foto anche con loro: quanto si sono divertite a fare le modelle ed io a guardarle con i miei foulard a tema equestre di Tacchi a Cavallo. Che belle!

Our afternoon was peaceful, with some photos, horses, hugs and a lot of smiles. And near to us, the equestrian show of a live polo match. I could not have expected more: it’s true that the little things are what make our life full.

Il pomeriggio è scivolato via sereno, tra una foto, un abbraccio, cavalli e tanti sorrisi. E vicino a noi, lo spettacolo equestre di una partita di polo dal vivo. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio: è proprio vero che sono le piccole cose a riempire la vita.

My friend Valentina, Director and founder of Milanomoms, was wearing a beautiful skirt with flowers by Kate by Laltramoda and a blouse by French Connection. Her daughter matched her blue elegant sneakers made by Gusella Milano with a blue sweater and a tartan checkered skirt by Jakioo, enriching her outfit with a large bow hair band and an amazing equestrian themed bag by Monnalisa.
