Our life as equestrian women is a concentrate of crazy and demanding tasks of all kinds. Luckily it's not always like that, but sometimes it seems like time is never enough for us. Like many of you, I am a mother, and I am also a horsewoman and an equestrian fashion blogger. But first of all, I am a woman and it is often quite easy to forget this important part of myself, being caught up in my duties and daily activities.

My body always speaks to me, it often sends me signs of fatigue and warns me when I go overboard; it also asks me to slow down the pace and take care of myself.
