My dear Horse Lovers,
I just finished taking a look at the new Chloé's Resort 2019 collection, and here I am sharing with you all the news and the incredible refinement of the proposed equestrian details. A few months ago, at the debut of Natacha Ramsay-Levi I was completely fascinated by her reinterpretation of the iconic rearing-horse motif of the house, but this time she brings it to the forefront in a very original pixellated version. No doubt about it: the vision of Chloé's new artistic director is a pure explosion of femininity, strength and energy; some of the elements I appreciate the most when it comes to fashion and horse riding.

ho appena finito di dare un’occhiata alla nuova collezione Resort 2019 di Chloé, ed eccomi qui a condividere con voi tutte le novità e l’incredibile ricercatezza dei dettagli equestri proposti. Già qualche mese fa, al debutto di Natacha Ramsay-Levi ero stata completamente affascinata dalla sua reinterpretazione dell’iconico cavallo rampante della maison, ma stavolta lo fa in una versione pixellata davvero originale. Non c’è che dire: la visione della nuova direttrice artistica di Chloé è una pura esplosione di femminilità, forza ed energia; alcuni fra gli elementi che più apprezzo quando si tratta di moda ed equitazione.
The equestrian theme returns to dominate the scene in each proposed garment, including zebra striped animal prints and cool fabrics: dresses in jersey and denim elegantly mixed with laces, sequins and high-necked blouses, in a blaze of refined lines, folds and flared sleeves. The Resort 2019 collection re-proposes all the classic elegance of the 70s.
Il tema equestre torna a dominare la scena in ogni capo proposto, fra un tripudio di stampe zebrate animalier e tessuti dal grande carattere: abiti in jersey e denim mescolati con eleganza a pizzi, paillettes e camicette a collo alto, in un tripudio di linee raffinate, pieghe e maniche svasate. La collezione Resort 2019 ripropone tutta l’eleganza delle atmosfere anni ’70.
This time as well, Ramsay-Levi doesn't go wrong and reconfirms her passion for riding and modern femininity, as both are expression of great attitude and courage. The combination of horses and elegance permeates the various garments proposed down to the smallest details, as well as all the accessories: high sandals with stiletto heels, bags with equestrian-inspired hardware and polished C-shaped clasp, scarves embellished with equestrian prints and crossed body harness on the chest, very dear to Natacha Ramsay-Levi, which she defines as "contemporary armours".
La Ramsay-Levi non sbaglia un colpo nemmeno questa volta, riconfermando anche per il 2019 la sua passione per l’equitazione e una femminilità moderna, entrambe espressione di grinta e coraggio. Il binomio cavalli ed eleganza permea fin nei minimi dettagli i vari capi proposti, così come tutti gli accessori: sandali alti con tacchi a spillo, borse hardware ispirati al mondo equestre e con chiusura a C, sciarpe arricchite di stampe equestri e body harness incrociati sul petto, elemento quest’ultimo molto caro a Natacha Ramsay-Levi e da lei definito più volte “un’armatura contemporanea”.
Metal inserts and delicate laces magically describe the enchantment of the new Chloé's woman. "Not just one woman, but lots of different women," says Ramsay-Levi. So I imagine a charming and fierce amazonian, a wonder woman in high heels, with a strong character, but who's able to smile at life. And this is what made me fall in love with this collection, which tells the world about us modern women, made of many different facets, always in love with equestrian fashion.

Tra inserti di metallo e merletti delicati viene fuori tutta la magia e l’incanto della nuova donna Chloé. “Non una donna sola, ma tante donne,” dice Ramsay-Levi. E allora mi immagino un’amazzone affascinante e agguerrita, un pò wonder woman in punta di tacchi a spillo, capace di mostrare i denti quando serve, così come di sorridere alla vita. Ed è questo ciò che mi ha fatto innamorare di questa collezione, che racconta con originalità il mondo di noi donne moderne, fatte di tante sfaccettature diverse, anche se sempre innamorate della moda equestre.
